Worldwide shipping is available.

My paintings on paper are sent with tracking via Post Office from my studio in Lisbon, Portugal. Large canvas ships through DPD once a week. Please count 10-20 days for your order to arrive outside of Portugal. If your order is urgent, please make sure to send me an email at anna@rolskaya.com so I can make arrangements.

Buyers are responsible to track and claim the package I sent. I do not refund, nor am I responsible for: lost or stolen packages after being delivered by the courier/ items not received due to an incorrect shipping address given on my site. If there is a problem with your order, or you received the item damaged (the original unopened packaging is damaged), please contact me at anna@rolskaya.com for further assistance.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

No refunds are made if packages are returned to me. Many post offices or courier services around the world send back packages after they remain unclaimed for a number of days. If your package remains unclaimed in any post office or courier service in your country/region/area and is sent back to me, I will notify you in order to proceed with the second shipment of your package. In this case, all customers must cover the expenses for the re-shipment of their package.
