Refund & Returns Policy
This policy outlines when returns are accepted and how to request support if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Original Artwork
Because each original artwork is unique and handled with specialist packaging and shipping, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the work arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described.
If your artwork arrives with damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Clear photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging (including the outer box/tube)
- Your order number
After assessment, we’ll offer the most appropriate solution: repair, replacement (if available), or a full refund.
Limited Edition Prints & Reproductions
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Custom or Commissioned Works
Custom or commissioned artworks are made specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of damage in transit or a significant error on our part.
General Conditions
- Pre-authorisation is required before any return is sent back (requested via the contact options below).
- Items must be returned in the condition received and in their original packaging.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for any return shipment.
- Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
