About this painting

Held Together brings separate fragments into a shared rhythm. Coral, peach and pink meet deep burgundy, violet and vivid blue, while textured green and grey add weight to the composition. Overlapping edges and visible brushmarks preserve each piece's character, creating small interruptions and unexpected connections across the surface.

The title speaks to the delicate work of keeping things together: memories, feelings, and parts of ourselves. Each fragment contributes to a whole that feels energetic, irregular and alive.
