Shipping and Delivery Policy

All original artworks are carefully prepared and dispatched from Anna Rolskaya’s studio in Lisbon, Portugal.

Dispatch and tracking

Available artworks usually dispatch within 1–2 business days. Every parcel includes tracking and full-value transit insurance. Delivery times depend on the destination, artwork size, selected format, and carrier.

Rolled delivery

Where the rolled option is available, tracked delivery is included in the selected variant price.

The canvas is carefully removed from its wooden stretcher bars, protected and shipped rolled in a strong tube. Stretcher bars are not included. The collector will need to arrange professional stretching at the destination before displaying the painting.

Stretched flat delivery

A stretched painting remains mounted on its wooden stretcher bars and is packed flat. It arrives ready to hang unless the product listing states otherwise.

For paintings up to and including 80 × 80 cm, tracked flat delivery is included to supported European destinations.

For other destinations and larger stretched paintings, at least €40 of the carrier cost is included in the price. Any remaining delivery charge is shown at checkout. If the applicable carrier charge is €40 or less, checkout will show €0 for delivery.

Stretched flat delivery is available only for the destinations shown for that particular artwork at checkout.

Duties and taxes outside the European Union

For destinations outside the European Union, applicable import duties, taxes and carrier customs-clearance charges are prepaid by the artist under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

No import duties, taxes or customs-clearance charges are payable by the collector upon delivery.

Complimentary Lisbon studio pickup

Complimentary studio pickup is available from Rua da Paz in Lisbon for eligible artworks and variants.

For studio pickup, the painting is supplied stretched and ready to hang. Pickup is usually ready within 2–4 days and is available by appointment only.

After purchase, Anna will contact the collector personally to confirm the date, time and exact handover point. Please wait for this confirmation before travelling.

XL paintings

The 185 × 155 cm painting is available for:

  • International delivery rolled in a protective tube, with tracked delivery included; or

  • Complimentary Lisbon studio pickup, stretched and ready to hang.

Due to its size, stretched parcel delivery is not available for this artwork.

Available destinations and formats

The delivery formats and supported destinations available for each painting are shown on the product page and at checkout.

If no delivery rate appears for your destination or preferred format, please contact Anna before purchasing and include:

  • The painting title;

  • Your preferred delivery format; and

  • Your country and postal code.

Not every painting can be shipped in every format to every destination.

Transit damage

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact Anna within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Clear photographs of the damage;

  • Photographs of the external parcel and all internal packaging; and

  • A photograph of the shipping label.

Please keep the artwork and all packaging until the carrier claim has been resolved.

Requesting notification within 7 days helps with the carrier and insurance claim and does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
