Majorelle is an original abstract painting by Anna Rolskaya. It was built in layers using acrylic and oil pastel on canvas, and the composition includes cobalt blue, violet, magenta, burgundy, fresh green, pale blue, and muted earth tones.

Large areas of color are divided by loose lines, fragmented forms, and varying textures. Cooler blues and violets contrast with flashes of red and green, forming a square composition that alternates between density and openness and between structure and spontaneous growth.

The painting, inspired by a trip to the Majorelle Garden in Marrakesh, depicts the garden through the senses and memory. The use of color evokes the garden's layered vegetation, strong contrasts, and calm, enclosed atmosphere.
